From first resume
to first day at office — fully automated.
One connected pipeline takes every candidate from application to onboarded employee. AI screens resumes, runs monitored assessments and video interviews, grades technical skill and soft skills, and can even kick off payroll onboarding once they accept.

assessment & interview
You post a job.
500 applications pour in.
Reading, testing, and interviewing by hand does not scale. Every day a great candidate waits, another company hires them.
one recruiter, two weeks
Resumes to read
500 CVs per posting. Most aren't qualified, some applied twice, a few are bots.
Shortlisting by hand
Every recruiter ranks differently, and the reasoning behind a 'no' is gone the next day.
Assessments to run
Write the test, schedule it, notify every candidate, then host the exam at your own venue with someone watching the room.
Interviews to conduct
Coordinating panels and calendars, chasing reschedules, sitting through no-shows.
Everyone to evaluate
Comparing test marks, interview notes, and gut feel across dozens of candidates.
The cost of waiting
Great candidates accept other offers while you're still on round one — and manual screening keeps billing hours.
Five stages. One candidate journey.
One connected pipeline carries every applicant from resume to first day — each stage handing off to the next automatically.
Set it up once — before a single application arrives
Everything the AI needs comes from four setup steps you complete when the job goes live. After that, the pipeline runs on its own.
Post a job
Publish the role with its description, requirements, and skills — the same job post becomes the rubric the AI scores every resume against.
Starts the pipelineDefine shortlisting settings
Set the screening score threshold and the candidate cap for every later stage — this is what decides who moves forward.
4 rulesCreate assessment questions
Generate MCQ, essay, or coding questions from the job description with AI — or write every question yourself.
Manual or AICreate video interview questions
Let AI generate the interview questions from the job post, or record your own video/audio. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Manual or AIFour rules that control every qualification benchmark in the pipeline
Right after posting, you define how strict AI screening is and how many candidates move forward at each later stage.
AI CV Screening Threshold (First Stage)
The minimum AI match score a resume must hit to pass screening and move forward.
e.g. Score ≥ 70Max Shortlisted Candidates for the Second Stage (Online Assessment)
Of everyone who passes screening, cap how many enter the first stage: the assessment, or the video interview if you skipped the Assessment stage.
e.g. Top 100Max Shortlisted Candidates for the Third Stage (Video Interview)
Once assessments are graded, cap how many of those candidates advance to the video interview.
e.g. Top 20Max Shortlisted Candidates After Video Interview (Probable Fourth Stage Like Onsite Interview)
Cap the final shortlist size once video interviews are graded — ready for your decision.
e.g. Top 5One of your shortlisting rules: you can skip the assessment stage entirely. When it's off, candidates who pass CV Screening go straight to the Video Interview stage — they receive their interview link by email immediately, no test in between.
AI reads every resume before a human has to
The moment applications start arriving, every resume is parsed and scored against the job you posted — around the clock, with no queue and no recruiter reading line by line.
Screened on arrival
Each application is processed the moment it lands — day, night, or weekend.
Scored 0–100
A transparent match score against the skills and requirements in your job post.
Duplicates & spam out
Repeat applications and bot submissions never reach your shortlist.
Bias-checked
Scoring stays on skills and experience — every decision comes with reasoning.

Every shortlisted candidate after CV Screening proves it with a real test
The shortlist of applicants keeps updating as new applications arrive — every new CV is scored by AI CV Screening and ranked against the rest. When the job's deadline passes, the top candidates — 50, or whatever cap you set in the Shortlisting settings — are emailed an invitation to sit the assessment automatically. You always have the final say: add anyone to the shortlist manually, even if their CV screening score puts them outside the cap. This stage is optional: you can turn it off in your shortlisting rules.
You're in control of every exam setting
AI-generated or manual
Auto-build questions from the job description, or write your own MCQ, essay, or coding questions.
Fixed or flexible scheduling
Fixed: candidates attend at one set time. Flexible: they can attend anytime within your date range.
Custom pass mark
Set the passing score and question mix that fits the role.
Duration & question types
MCQ, essay, or coding — timed to match the demands of the role.
Multiple test versions
Build several question sets for one job so candidates don't all sit the same paper — and can't pass answers to each other.
How the dual camera works
The candidate uses a laptop and a phone. The setup takes about two minutes.
Start on the laptop
The candidate opens the link on their laptop to begin the exam. The exam enters full screen mode. A live photo is taken of the candidate. Our AI verifies it against the photo from their CV.
Step 1Scan the QR code
If the photo is verified, a QR code appears on the laptop. Scanning it turns on the phone camera. No app to install.
Step 2Scan the desk
The candidate moves the phone all the way around the desk for a 360 degree view. The AI checks for other devices.
Step 3Place the phone
After the desk scan passes, the candidate places the phone 2 to 3 feet to the left or right of the desk for a side view. Then the candidate sits back in the chair in front of the computer. Now two cameras watch the whole session.
Step 4Start only when verified
The exam begins only after the AI confirms the placement of the phone for a side view. It keeps checking until the end.
Step 5AI watches every session in real time
ID and face checks
The AI matches the candidate to the photo from their CV. It keeps watching for a different face.
Automatic termination for cheating
Our AI powered system watches the candidate's session throughout, with the help of the dual camera. Another electronic device on the desk, in the hand or on the lap, use of a physical book, leaving full screen mode, a tab switch, a second person's voice, a deepfake or a failed liveness check can end the exam.
Risk score and integrity verdict
Small events, like looking away for 1 to 2 seconds, are recorded and add to the candidate's risk score. An honest session gets an integrity verdict of Pass, so you do not need to review it. A score that is close to dangerous but not enough to end the exam is flagged for your review. You can see the top events that contributed to the candidate's risk score during the exam session.
Copy-paste and pause checks
Pasting from outside is blocked. Long unexplained pauses are logged with a timestamp.
Instant auto-grading by AI
AI grades MCQ, coding and essay answers the moment the candidate submits, and updates the shortlist.
Disagree with the AI's marking? You can manually adjust any candidate's assessment score — the shortlist recalculates immediately based on the updated marks and your caps.
Prefer to skip this stage? Turn it off in your shortlisting rules and candidates who pass CV Screening get their video interview link right away, no test required.
A structured interview — graded on more than the answer
Candidates who pass the assessment — or move here directly from CV Screening if you skipped it — are invited to an asynchronous video interview built entirely from pre-recorded questions you control. There is no live call: candidates record their answers whenever suits them, within your active window.
You record it, you approve it, then it goes live
Generate or record video/audio questions
You can use AI to generate audio questions in English (video is not yet supported for the AI option), or you can record your own video or audio questions. The candidate’s video will be recorded when they respond to these pre-recorded questions asynchronously — there is no live call.
AI video questions: coming soon — audio only for nowEdit anything
Tweak wording, difficulty, or scope on any AI-generated question before it goes live.
Approve to publish
Nothing reaches a candidate until you explicitly approve it — no accidental live questions.
Automatic invites
The moment a question set is approved, shortlisted candidates get an email with their interview link.
AI follow-up questions
Candidates get unique, AI-powered follow-up questions based on their own answers. Every interview goes a little deeper for each person.
The interview link stays active for exactly the date range you set — candidates complete it asynchronously, recording their answers anytime within that window.
Same identity checks. Same integrity rules.
The video interview is monitored exactly like the assessment — identity is verified against the CV photo, and a failed verification or confirmed cheating auto-terminates the session.
Technical correctness is only part of the score
Technical accuracy
Correctness and depth of the actual answer.
Body language
Confidence, engagement, and non-verbal cues on camera.
Personality traits
Signals around fit, ownership, and working style.
Communication style
Clarity, structure, and how well they explain themselves.
Disagree with the AI's grading here too? You can manually adjust any candidate's interview score — the shortlist recalculates immediately based on the updated marks and your caps.
AI produces a final, ranked shortlist the moment interviews are graded.
You decide. We handle the paperwork.
Once interviews are graded, the final call is always yours.
Hire directly
Skip straight to an offer for candidates you already trust.
One more conversation
Bring top candidates onsite, or run one final round before deciding.
Create the offer directly from Progressiba — the candidate receives an email to accept or reject it.
Turn an accepted offer into an onboarded employee
If you use Progressiba's Payroll & HR service, accepting an offer triggers one more automatic step.
Candidate provides
- National ID (NID)
- Personal information
- Supporting documents
You provide
- Rank / designation
- Department & reporting manager
- Official email & other org details
Once both sides submit their info, the employee is added to your HR software and a salary structure is generated automatically based on your company's payroll settings.
Questions employers ask us most
How the pipeline decides, and where you keep the final say.
No. Both the assessment and the video interview are optional, and you switch either off in your shortlisting rules. Skip the assessment and candidates who pass CV Screening go straight to the video interview; skip the video interview and you can bring the shortlist from the assessment onsite for an in-person round, or hire directly on their assessment results. Onboarding only runs if Payroll & HR is enabled for your account.
