Executive – Sales Department

Capcis is a fast-growing financial services company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are expanding our commercial footprint and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to help drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B/corporate clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
• Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct product/service demonstrations, deliver compelling pitches, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle negotiations, prepare quotations/proposals, close deals, and follow up from order confirmation to delivery.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands to spot new business expansion opportunities.
• Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date CRM/sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports to management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years of solid, proven experience in B2B corporate sales or business development. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience are strongly discouraged from applying.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
• Target-driven mindset with resilience and a strong track record of closing sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits when require
