Digital Marketing Manager

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist. If you love launching high-impact campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and driving measurable growth, you will thrive in this role.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and run paid search/display advertising campaigns (SEM / PPC) using platforms like Google Ads.
• Social Media & Content: Oversee brand presence, content calendars, and engagement across networks like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Email Marketing & Funnels: Design and track email newsletters, automated workflows, landing pages, and user conversion funnels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
• Team & Budget Coordination: Manage campaign budgets, collaborate with graphic designers and web developers, and supervise junior marketing staff or external agencies.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, often with prior team or campaign leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising managers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and basic web standards (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus).
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) or CRM software
