Finance & Accounting Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to handle our day-to-day accounting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, managing invoices, and assisting with monthly closing activities.

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and expenses in the accounting system.
• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue client invoices, follow up on accounts receivable (AR), and process vendor payments (AP).
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and cash balances on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Documentation: Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for all vouchers, invoices, receipts, and tax documents.
• Payroll Support: Assist in compiling monthly attendance, processing payroll, and distributing payslips.
• Tax Compliance: Assist the senior team in preparing monthly tax deductions, VAT, or withholding tax documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or B.Com.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a regular accounting or finance role (Fresh graduates with good internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tero, Tally, or Zoho Books).
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and good basic communication skills.
